		<description>I hear you here.  Especially during the holidays, burnout can be especially prevalent as everyone rushes about.

My burnout is directly related to how much sleep and physical movement I&#039;ve had.  No sleep = more back pain for me too.  No support from the kids or friends = I&#039;ll often feel more rundown than usual.

Not saying no and remembering it is a complete sentence is another way I get burned out.

What&#039;s most helpful to me is look at the last 24 hours and see what I&#039;ve been up to?  There are often clues to why the burnout exists in the first place right then and if I&#039;m willing to take one small step - like drinking more water is often an easy place to break the pattern - because it makes me go to the bathroom more - which makes me slow down and feel the fatigue - so that eventually I wear myself out by &quot;literally taking a break on the toilet&quot; I can sometimes find that spot in me that needs that rest.</description>
