That's right Priscilla has since Elvis died and she's done one heck of a job!

What you can take from this article in terms of time management are: make sure you have a good basic product with a variety of legs (Elvis - main product - legs: movies, records, DVDs, T-Shirts, Graceland, etc) and know your market (eg rock-n-roll fans). Build your business plan to suit that market - branding is key - Elvis - everyone knows who that refers to. And work your plan - every single day. Define the steps it will take to get the things done outlined in your plan and schedule them accordingly - every day is a building process. Keep adjusting your plan as you learn more and more about the business. People talk a lot about business plan but one key component is always missing: schedule in your day book the steps to achieving your plan. It's obvious from where I sit that Priscilla did just that - she worked her plan!

Wow - never thought about how this relates to time management.

Elvis isn't managing his time any more, Priscilla is!!! And she's making a profit doing it.
Can you say more about how this directly relates to managing our time? Since I'm still alive, I want to manage my time in a way to make money. What are the lessons from this article that I can apply to my own time management today - while I'm still alive?
